PICKUP / DELIVERY

Free Pickup or Delivery is available for local clients in Puerto Rico.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you are a local customer in Puerto Rico, you have two ways of ordering and/or setting up the free pickup / delivery with us:

1.  You can place your order at Prinket.com.  During checkout, please choose "Pickup" (This option will work for pickup as well as for deliveries).   Once you have placed the order, we will send you a text message or email with the pickup / delivery instructions.

2.   You can always send us your order at info@prinket.com or via text message or WhatsApp at 787.475.3166.  We will arrange with you the delivery or pickup.  You will need to send us the items you are interested into, quantity, your phone number and an e-mail address.  We will then proceed to e-mail you the order, which can be paid either online or by phone.  For customers in PR, we accept ATH Móvil.

PICKUP

How does it work?

At this moment, we are only working through our online shop.  Pickups can be done at a pre-established location.   You will receive instructions once your order is placed.  If you need more information on the pickup location before placing the order, you are always welcome to contact us.

Pickup service is free of charge.

DELIVERY

How does it work?

We have some specific pre-established locations in the Metropolitan Area, where your order can be delivered at no additional cost, subject to availability.  We do require a minimum order of $25.00 in order to provide this service.  Deliveries can be fulfilled at some pre-established locations within the Metropolitan Area such as:  San Juan, Trujillo Alto, Carolina and Guaynabo.  Please contact us for more information on the delivery locations.

Once your order has been processed and it's ready to be delivered, we will e-mail and/or text you in order to coordinate the date, time & location where your order will be delivered.
